Off-site monitoring that pages you the moment a server, cron job, or backup goes quiet.
Pylon Watch is a dead-man's-switch for your infrastructure. Your jobs check in with us, or we reach out to them — and if the expected signal doesn't arrive on time, you get alerted. It watches from outside your network, so when the whole thing goes dark you still hear about it.
It's built by Pylon, a small independent hardware-and-software shop, for the people we are ourselves: homelabbers, self-hosters, and small teams who run their own servers and want a monitor they can set up in two minutes and actually trust.
Need a hand, hit a bug, or want a feature? Email support@pylonmesh.com. Every plan includes support and a real person reads it — usually within a day.
We collect the minimum needed to run the service: your account email, the watchers you create, and their recent results. Status badges use a per-watcher token that is separate from your heartbeat URL, so sharing a badge never exposes a way to ping your watcher. We don't sell, rent, or trade any of it. Ever.
